Dr. Shahbaz Yazdani is a US citizen and has lived in the states for 27 yrs. He graduated from Marshall High School in 1989.
He received his Bachelor of Science degree (Cum Laude) from East Texas Baptist University with a major in Biology and minor
in Chemistry. After college, he took some time off to do research in the Department of Neurosurgery for one year. Realizing
that research is not for him, he then went to Louisiana State University Health Sciences Center in Shreveport, Louisiana where
he received his medical degree. From there he entered University Texas Health Sciences Center Family Practice Program in 2000.
He graduated in 2003 from the residency program. He is Board Certified by American Board of Family Medicine. After a year
and half of working in managed care, he decided he could give much better care , so he opened his own clinic called MY DOCTOR.
He is fluent in English, Urdu, Hindi, Punjabi and currently learning Spanish.
